Remarks & Notes

WM was always resourceful, with a touch of class. Never rich, they always did a great job with what they had. An old World War II troop sleeper was converted to a kitchen car for the MofW Department and decorated in what I consider a pretty darn nice paint scheme. The car was resting in the yard at Hagerstown, MD on Nov. 15, 1976. My guess is, over the years, there were a lot of great meals prepared and served in WM K3024.
