In an extremely rare move, power from the Watertown Local heads down the seldom used western end of the Watertown Sub. Since the plow train has been working up and down the line, a meet had to take place somewhere, and the small siding in Grover, South Dakota was the place.
Usually a line that is used once a week at the most, recent winds prompted the need for a plow extra to clear the line so the Local could run to Vienna, SD and retrieve a couple empty centerbeams.
