Remarks & Notes
Just two days after being released from the paint booth, New England Central Railroad's ex-CORP slug set consisting of GP40CU 3809 and MT-4 809 (formerly an RP-E4 slug) are seen working the head end of the 5-7 day per week Burlington Electric wood chip train that feeds the Joseph C. McNeil Generating Station in Burlington, Vermont. The train rolls south out of St. Albans and past the former Union Station turned NECR offices in the distance.
