| In a fairly unusual move the Proctor Road Switch is crossing over with empties when they normally would be pulling off of the track they are entering. CN is keeping a switch engine around the dock to handle the loads so it appears the PRS is now bringing loads down and departing right away with empties, instead of dumping the whole train like usual. |
