| New England Central's 324 road freight heads south across the White River at West Hartford, Vermont, with an NECR scheme evolution consist in reverse order with the NECR SD40M-2 2674, NECR SD40-2 721 and NECR GP38 3851. Note the ice flows in the river - the water is actually higher than the ice on the left! Ambient temp is -11 F at time of photo. |
