| Remarks & Notes |
| NJ Transit Gladstone to Hoboken train 426 is being pushed by Alstom GP40PH-2 4107. With the Hoboken substation still out of service due to Hurricane Sandy, all Hoboken trains must utilize diesel-electric propulsion. Most Gladstone-Hoboken trains have been powered by the new dual mode ALP45 locomotives. However, the railroad will utilize a straight diesel-electric locomotive for power when they are short on a dual mode. An example was on today's 426. |
