Proof that not everything works as it should. This, the westbound B&O CPL guarding the CSX/NS diamond in the distance at Charles Town, WV is only one of two active B&O CPLs in Jefferson County, WV. The other stands aproximately 200 yards to the west guarding the west side of the crossing seen here http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=415658
