Remarks & Notes

Following several days of significant snowfall, Vermont Rail System dispatched a plow extra from Newport to White River Junction, VT, using a Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Railway ex-CP plow VB-103 (ex-CP 401008) with the VTR GP40-2 308 and CLP GP40-2 306. The plow extra leans into a super-elevated curve at Barnet, a by-gone from the days of high-speed passenger trains.
