Remarks & Notes
Like using a shotgun to kill a mosquito. This former DM&IR 250-ton-capacity wrecking crane was bought when the railroad purchased their massive 2-8-8-4 Yellowstones in the early 1940s. It was retired and shipped to the Wisconsin Great Northern Railroad in Spooner where it is shown demonstrating under the watchful eye of WGN president Greg Vreeland.
