Remarks & Notes

D&NE 28 is being prepared for asbestos abatement in the Cloquet Terminal's (ex-D&NE) engine house at Cloquet. The air compressors and other piping have been stripped off in preparation for this work. No. 28's tender has already been completely refurbished.
