| Vermont Rail System is the second carrier in the Green Mountain Gateway haul of ethanol from the Dakota's to Providence, RI. VTR GP38-2 202, GMTX GP38-2 2189, VTR GP40-3 3808 and VTR GP40-3 312 ease the train into Riverside Yard with the 644B (back half of 644-607 train) where the waiting yard crew with the VTR GP40-2 303 will take the train and shove it south to the NECR connection for pickup. (same train as this photo: http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=414734 from day previous) NOTE: This photo is taken from private property and there is no public access to the Vermont Rail System Riverside Yard. |
