Remarks & Notes
A pair of Santa Fe painted F-units lead a special passenger train from Houston, TX to Galveston, TX to celebrate the re-opening of the Galveston Railroad Museum after Hurricane Ike. This special served as a ferry move to deliver the F's to the museum and I hope we see them on the mainline again in 2013. A very fortuitous gap in the clouds certainly emphasizes the great ATSF Warbonnet scheme.

Pictures of things often unseen in the world of railroading. Interesting equipment, operations, and people that help the railroad go around.
