Outside of Quinwood, Rainelle train and work crews carefully observe vehicle traffic below as they cross over Route 20, dumping over a foot of snow on the roadway below. They've managed to successfully plow nearly 10 miles of mainline in 6 hours, with another five miles remaining. Once reaching the load out, crews will be able to dig out the loaded train and prepare it for departure. With the coal mines still without power, and the entire mainline south to Meadow Creek from Rainelle still obstructed, it'll be several more days before the train will be able to depart.
