Observing restricted speed, light engines cross over the New River at Prince. On the heels of an empty train from Quinnimont, the two locomotives will soon couple onto the rear end of the empties, and shove upgrade to Raleigh Yard, and points beyond for loading on CSX's Piney Creek Subdivision.
