| Just a few minutes after a beautiful October sunrise Strasburg's 2-6-0 #89 brings 4 loaded revenue freight cars westbound (with a little help from Strasburg's SW8 diesel) through Cherry Hill enroute from the NS interchange at Leaman Place Junction to the railroad's transloading yard near downtown Strasburg. The caboose on the rear of the train is carrying a handful of paying passengers that came out to ride this day's 'mixed train.' Click here to view a video of this scene. |
