Remarks & Notes
An eastbound Union Pacific coal train approaches Leyden, Colorado, early in the morning on February 11, 2001. The train passes by the now gone searchlight signals at mile 14.5 with a Chicago and North Western GE AC4400CW on the point. The foothills of the Rocky Mountains is cloaked in darkness created by a cloud bank to the east, and will soon envelop the rising sun.
