More than two months after the GLC ONTN put 13 loaded sand cars on their sides north of Owosso, a pair of GLC GP38-2's pull 3 partially wrecked hoppers back into Owosso and to the shop areas to be assessed for repairs or scrapping. The train moved at a snail's pace of about 10 mph, most of the time with GLC trainmaster Chris Bagwell, seen on the trailing locomotive, watching the cars to ensure they were still connected.
