The train is just south of CP's East Binghamton yard on the final leg of its CSX-NYSW-CP trip out of Albany-Rensselaer via Syracuse. Train consists of 5 Amtrak cars and 4 private cars with revenue passengers. This is the ex DL&W and EL mainline where the Phoebe Snow once ran.
