Remarks & Notes 
On the tracks of Phoebe Snow. The special equipment move for display at Steamtown's Railfest, lead by the Phase I heritage and AMTK 406, is about to duck under the NY Rt 7 overpass as it accelerates down the CP main. The train is just south of CP's East Binghamton yard on the final leg of its CSX-NYSW-CP trip out of Albany-Rensselaer via Syracuse. Train consists of 5 Amtrak cars and 4 private cars with revenue passengers. This is the ex DL&W and EL mainline where the Phoebe Snow once ran. Consist is as follows: AMTK 156, NPCU (ex F40) AMTK 406, Heritage Sleeper AMTK 10020 "Pacific Bend", Heritage Sleeper-Crew Dorm AMTK 10021 "Pacific Cape", Viewliner Sleeper AMTK 62025, Viewliner Diner prototype AMTK 8400 "Indianapolis", Amfleet Cafe AMTK 48140, Iowa Pacific Full Dome SLRG 551 "Sky View", ex UP sleeper RPCX 2263 "Berlin" in AOE colors, Business Car New York Central 3 "Portland", Business Car Milwaukee Road "Wisconsin".
