Amtrak 156 and 406 lead 5 Amtrak cars and 4 private cars NB on the D&H at the Rt 28 overpass just north of Oneonta. Train is returning from display at Railfest in Scranton and has charter passengers aboard. This is the third heritage engine to pass this spot during a four day period as the NS MGA and NKP units also passed thru hear on the Friday and Saturday of Labor Day weekend.
