Ever since "The J" was bought by the Canadian National, I had wondered when one of the orange SD38-2s would make its way onto Canadian Pacific's G35 train, an interchange run from Bensenville, Illinois to Spaulding Junction and back. The arrival of this duo came as a surprise to many, and most of the Chicagoland railfan population came to the CP Elgin Subdivision to see them run back and forth once a day on former Milwaukee Road rails.
Here, 675 and 665 have arrived at Spaulding and wait for an outbound Metra to pass before shoving back into the yard to drop off their cars.
