| A man reads a book, unaware of the spectacle in front of him never to be repeated. The West Chester railroad special pulls into 30th Street Station to head home to West Chester. Recently SEPTA downgraded the line between Glenn Mills and Elwyn to FRA-Exempt (Freight Only), ending the possibility of further excursions. |
