Remarks & Notes

It has been more than two decades since the last coal train crossed the now dilapidated Grassy Trail Creek bridge on Rio Grande's Sunnyside Branch in scenic Whitmore Canyon. Apparently someone decided to make off with most of the spikes and several of the tie plates.
