| It is 1950 and Rio Grande No. 487, a K-36, stops for a drink at the yard's dual-spouted water tank in preparation for a heavy freight to Cumbres. In reality this scene was captured during a Pete Lerro photo freight, however, it is representative of what one would have seen in the first half of the 1900's. |
