| Storming through Tobyhanna: PT-98s departure from Scranton could not have been timed worse with regard to the weather. At most locations it seemed to be sunny right up until the train arrived, as thunderstorms rolled through the Pocono Mountains. In one location it actually was pouring rain as the train passed. At least there was slight clearing in Tobyhanna, as four RS3s easily handle PT-98 downgrade through town. |
