| Remarks & Notes |
| An A-B-B-A set made up of former NYC F's and PRR GP-9B's, assigned to gravel train service, waits for a crew in the shadow of New Haven's iconic Coal tower. Photographer Ken Patton visited New Haven Railroad sites to see if there was life after the unfortunate demise of the New Haven. It appears the coaling tower outlasted the outfit that had it put up. |
