In dynamics, C40-8W led Q303 creeps by the C&O Hinton Station preparing to take on a crew change at the Yard Office. It's business as always in the small railroading town of Hinton, as taxis race about the empty streets, delivering rested crews to the Yard office. It's 4:13 am, and the first morning glow is becoming evident on this summer morning.
