| The Westbound Pennsylvanian with NYC 3 Private car departs Altoona station passing two sets of helpers (one not pictured). Just a little over a month has passed since ALTO tower has closed, and the final track placement for the new interlockings will be completed in a matter of days by Norfolk Southern. |
