A Wild Ride! Chasing the PRS special was a wild ride, especially on the way to Cliff. My friend and drove the back roads of Tehachapi and just after it rains, it's a slip and slide all the way. The truck was kicking mud all over the place and we haul butt over the hills and made to the tunnel at Cliff with only a few minutes to spare. We can hear the K5LA horn of AMTK 156 blow for the crossing near Bealville and Tunnel 2. Then, the bloody nose Amtrak unit rolls by, surely, the crew was surprise to see people at this remote location.
