| Four E units dash Union Pacific's eastbound 18-car Train No. 10 "City of St. Louis" across the big fork in the road at Menoken, Kansas on July 10, 1966. Just ahead is the next stop at Topeka. No. 10 has crossed much of Kansas during the night from Denver and will be handed over to the N&W (formerly Wabash) at Kansas City. The line taking off to the right in the background is U.P.'s main freight route from Kansas City to North Platte, Nebr. |
