| With 630 laid up back in Roanoke, NS heritage unit 1065--lettered for the Savannah & Atlanta--provides the horsepower for a Roanoke-Bristol ferry move and one-way excursion. Here, the train loads passengers at Pulaski before a 1:45 PM departure. The restored N&W passenger station is on the right. Pulaski was once a major industrial traffic generator for the N&W. |
