| A beautifully restored set of DL&W F3's lead an excursion train filling "the Gap" between past and a hopeful future as plans proceed for the possible return of passenger service on this former Lackawanna route from Scranton, PA to Hoboken, NJ. The event was run by Steamtown for the Delaware Water Gap's Founder's Day celebration. |
