| The town of Caliente is situated in a very remarkable horseshoe curve on the relentless climb of Tehachapi Pass in California. Four Santa Fe GE Dash 8-40CWs pull a long intermodal train eastbound toward Tunnel 1 through the big curve on March 3, 1994.
