| Conrail C32-8 No. 6610, dressed in the "Ballast Express" scheme, was leading westbound manifest CAPI at Longfellow, PA on Feb. 15, 1998. Although I saw these units several times, on everything from manifests to hot TOFC trains, I never did see one in ballast train service. |
