Remarks & Notes
Western Maryland's second SD40 7471 built in August of 1966 has returned to home rails thanks to Gerald Altizer and his George's Creek Railway. Now wearing the name of former Western Maryland Vice President of Operations 'George M. Leilich', the 7471 and former stable mate WM SD35 7436 were together again for a dedication ceremony at the WM station in Cumberland. Later this year they will join WM GP9 25 and FA2 303 on the George's Creek as some added muscle to move coal trains off the reborn WM branch.
Thanks again to Gerald Altizer for a great event and all the hard work for bringing these guys back!

From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)

Engine Details

Generally speaking, shots where less than a full engine is shown. But I want to feature details, not half engines or full cabs, and definitely not full nose shots. Just shots where someone has zoomed in with purpose.
