Remarks & Notes
A full moon illuminates an old rusty car and what's left of Lombard, Montana, as a BNSF coal train rolls east. Lombard is where Milwaukee Road's Pacific Extension crossed the Northern Pacific's main. What's left of the Milwaukee Road bridge over the Missouri River, and the two MRL bridges over Sixteen Mile Creek are visible. The former NP main is now Montana Rail Link's 2nd Subdivision.
