| A westbound MTA L-train approaches the Atlantic Avenue station in Brooklyn, New York, on May 18, 2012. The eight car train is made up of two A-B-B-A sets of Kawasaki Heavy Industry R143 cars. In less than a mile, this train will duck into a tunnel to complete its run - underground - from Rockaway Park to Manhattan's Eighth Avenue. |
