| A westbound Southern Pacific taconite train bound for Geneva, Utah, carefully grinds down the steep 3 percent grade on the west slope of Tennessee Pass. The train is just leaving Pando, Colorado, on September 4, 1995, and new SP AC4400CWs power the heavy train. |
