| For the first time in nearly a year, Montana Rail Link dispatched a local down the former Northern Pacific Darby Branch, south of Missoula. The line had been shut down in June 2011 after flooding caused minor track damage and due to local political pressure the track was repaired earlier this year. MRL GP9 127 and 113 lead the first Darby Local of the year over the Clark Fork in downtown Missoula on May 19, 2012. |
