| Thunder over Palmer Lake: A Santa Fe GP20 on a weedsprayer train waits out a storm over Palmer Lake, Colorado. I don’t remember the exact exposure of this photo, but I set the lens to f22 and with the camera on a tripod, shot some frames of Kodachrome 64 at a half second or so when I saw a streak of lightning. Of the dozen or so images I took, this is the only one that captured any lightning. Not long after this shot, it was time to pack it up when small hail started pinging off the tripod legs!
