| This westbound empty coal train was stopped east of Agency waiting on a warrant from the Creston Dispatcher, now they have a warrant west of Ottumwa, and traffic ahead is moving west again, they head west towards Ottumwa to get out of the way Amtrak a hour behind them. The Ottumwa Sub has 2 dispatcher territories that split at Ottumwa. |
