| Andover Nocturne: Standing on the very same track where I photographed the last Interstate Railroad RS-3 at Andover--number 32--on October 5, 1965, the newly arrived Interstate heritage unit sits with the two SD40-2s she led to Andover from Knoxville on her first revenue trip (train 387). For this photographer, the only word is: amazing. I never thought I would see anything like this ever again. |
