| Southbound RF&P Potomac Yard-Waycross manifest No. 409 was passing through Doswell, VA on Nov. 4, 1986 led by GP40-2 No. 141. The unit has received a very recent "freshening." Between trips to the paint shop for a complete paint job or for a special train where a nice looking unit was required, RF&P would repaint the pilots, trucks, and fuel tank. |
