| Miller Tower was in its final days when CSX Operator Paul Swain was "highballing" a westbound freight on the evening of July 22, 2000. I shall be forever grateful for the hospitality Paul and other CSX Operators showed to us wanting to document Miller and other CSX towers before they were gone. |
