| Remarks & Notes |
| Railfanning in the New River Gorge.. A perfect example of railroading along one of the most scenic rail lines in West Virginia; the New River Gorge. A near half moon silhouettes the massive New River Gorge bridge, spanning a total of 3,030 ft and serving as the World's longest steel single-span arch bridge, while a work train illuminates the interlocking of W.E. Fayette. The violent rapids of the National New River to the left roar over the sounds of the wheel flanges and crossing bells in this 56" exposure. |
