| With the down rating of VIAs P42DC fleet to under 90 mph a lot of them are now being assigned to trains that traditionally held F40PH-2/3 power, including train 70. The frequent station stops and lesser distance travelled means speed is not as important on the south-western Ontario runs when compared to greater length runs out east. |
