| Amtrak 63 crawls to a stop in Niagara Falls, Canada after crossing the Whirlpool Bridge from New York State. It will continue under VIA Rail service as train 98 to Toronto, enroute from New York City. P40DC's are extremely rare in Canada, and are only ever seen once or twice a year, if that. |
