| Get your shots here NOW!! NS 21J roars past SLOPE on a warm, sunny afternoon. With construction underway on the new ALTO interlocking, SLOPE's days are numbered. Most of the new switches for the new interlocking have already been cut into the mains while work continues on the track that leads to the yard. The new ALTO westbound home signal can also been seen in this photo near the rear of the train. Once the new interlocking is complete, SLOPE will be taken out of service and removed and another piece of PRR history will be gone. |
