| A photo-op like this is only a distant memory now, CP 441 Toronto-Windsor train has always had two SD40-2s on point and in this photo they were fighting to defeat the Niagara escarpment with all their mite on the Galt sub. Having stalled in Milton their attempt to beat the hill looked frivolous. After having a convo with the diesel doc they got the unit back in action and made it. More recently the AC, (GE) unit has replaced these veterans on this run making them harder to shoot. |
