| Presidents Day dawned mostly cloudy in Scranton but would later become a cold but cloudless day. Road power for today's SB-3 job idles at Bridge 60 (3643-3000-2461) . A brief break in the clouds illuminates the power moments before the crew would run light to CP's Taylor Yard. |
