| Remarks & Notes |
| An eastbound mixed freight rolls around the six degree curve near the business district in Jonesborough--the oldest town in the state of Tennessee. The Washington County courthouse is seen through the trees in the background, while the structure to the left is the Salt House, where that particular commodity was stored during the Civil War. The bridge ahead of the lead unit crosses Little Limestone Creek. Note the handrails on the left have been repainted with a yellow trim different from the standard gold/yellow version on the right. This must have been some touch-up work after an altercation. |
